Hello! I'm Peter, a dedicated mortgage advisor who has been CeMap qualified since 2004.
My journey in the financial sector began even earlier, as I obtained my Financial Planning Qualification in 1996. Over the years, I have honed my skills and developed a specialisation in adverse credit and complex incomes.
Helping clients buy their first home is my passion. I thrive on assisting clients with complex needs, especially when other advisers have said they can't help. I find immense satisfaction in guiding my clients through the mortgage process and achieving their dreams of homeownership. Every completed mortgage fills me with a real sense of accomplishment, knowing that I have played a part in making someone's dream come true.
Interestingly, my younger years were quite eventful. I was quite accident-prone and have been run over four times, once by a motorbike on a football field. Despite these mishaps, I have also achieved a black belt in Tang Soo Do, a Korean Martial Art, which has instilled discipline and resilience in me.
Outside of work, I'm keen on DIY projects and love walking my two Border Collie dogs, Bonnie and Shep. Additionally, I have a passion for foreign travel, exploring new cultures, and experiencing different parts of the world.
I live in Wigan but have clients all over the North of England and I am happy to travel to meet up when clients prefer the personal touch.
Access to over 100 lenders and 20,000 mortgage deals.
